TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Definitions

In these Terms of Business the following definitions apply: “The Company”, “We”, “Us” – means Stacey Gaunt Coaching, York.  Hypnotherapist – means the person or firm carrying out Hypnotherapy services on behalf of the Company. “Client” – means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 to whom the Hypnotherapy services are supplied by the Company. “Client’s Address” – means the address where the Client has requested the Hypnotherapy  service/treatment is to be carried out. “Service” – means the Hypnotherapy services/treatment carried out on behalf of the Company. Unless the context requires otherwise, reference to the singular include the plural and references to the masculine include the feminine and vice versa. The Headings contained in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

 

Cancellations 

Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the service fee for that particular appointment. This is a full condition of booking an appointment, which is entering a contract for  services from Stacey Gaunt Coaching. New bookings are not accepted within a 24 hour period, therefor the appointment time that you have chosen will not be available for a short notice appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged at the FULL service fee for that particular appointment, this is a full condition of booking an appointment, which is entering a contract for Stacey Gaunt Coaching.

Confidentiality

Discussions held between yourself and Stacey Gaunt of  Stacey Gaunt Coaching will be treated with the strictest of confidence, except in the following circumstances;
Self harm: I may contact your GP if you appear to be suicidal or intend to self harm. 
Child abuse/Domestic Abuse: If you divulge any information to me regarding any form of abuse towards a minor I am legally obliged to inform the relevant authorities.
Criminal activities: If you divulge any information to me regarding any criminal activity with which you are involved, the law requires me to act on this accordingly.

 

Payment


Payment should be made in full by Bank Transfer or Sum-up payment link 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Personal cheques are not accepted, businesses are required to pay by bacs payment or bank transfer within 5 days  payable to Stacey L Gaunt. You are welcome to pay in advance for a set number of sessions if you wish. Cancellations need to be made 48hrs prior to appointment. The Company Stacey Gaunt Coaching reserves the right to take a 50% deposit upon booking your appointment ,failure to attend without prior 48hr notice will result in a Debit/credit Card charge for the Full service fee for that particular appointment.

 

Behavioural standards


You will be treated with the utmost respect and the trust that you instil upon me will not be abused. I will use best practice at all times in order to achieve our mutual goals. I will kindly request that in return, you will not harm yourself, me, any employees of  Stacey Gaunt Coaching, any other persons within the surrounding areas or any property belonging to either me (Stacey Gaunt), Stacey Gaunt Coaching or anyone else. I expect you to agree to not come to any sessions, consultation or therapy under the influence of any alcohol, recreational drugs or legal stimulants except those prescribed by your doctor. If you are to go against any of the aforementioned behavioural standards, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and refuse any further therapy sessions. If required the police may also be contacted.
