I am a fully qualified, accredited and insured clinical Hypnotherapist, spiritual healer and coach specialising in Self-Love coaching, inner child healing, weight reduction, and Smoking Cessation to help transform your life, I will guide you to dig deep into your soul to understand yourself better, love yourself deeper, and get the practical tools for self healing.

I am a Life purpose coach Practitioner, Witch wound Healer and Energy intuitive. I have trained in EFT and QHEH techniques along with life purpose coaching and spiritual healing practices. I offer a number of service to help you re-program unwanted habits, behaviours and let go of all the shit that no longer serve you.

I am a normal, down to earth, bubbly, fun, and sometimes a bit sweary woman, who has gone through many points in my life feeling worthless, depressed, stressed and overwhelmed, constantly TRYING to lose weight, using food to suppress my feelings, cigarettes to relieve stress, and in the past, binge drinking at the weekends. I know what this feels like, how damaging to the Soul it can be to be stuck in that perpetuating cycle.

 

So I decided to retrain and gain skills that I could use to transform my own life, Heal from an unhappy fearful childhood, that led to me developing these coping strategies in the first place, and this led me on to a rewarding career.  I trained with https://www.innervisions.co.uk,  allowing me to helping others come through those dark days into much brighter happier ones, with a sense of wholeness, self love/worth and empowered to live your best life.

I live in the beautiful North Yorkshire area with my daughter, I love long walks in the woodlands, reading, the Moon, all things Magic, and I'm a prolific learner, I am always learning and keeping up with the latest techniques to further help my clients. I live between Thirsk and York and all the beautiful countryside around me soothes my soul. I provide my services via online video calling through zoom, messenger, Whatsapp and Duo to a worldwide English speaking audience. I offer face to face appointments too at my home office/therapy room.
